Here's another method using kb shortcuts: Type your response as a new
message, then move the cursor down a couple of lines. Then highlight only
the portion of original message you want to include, then hit Ctrl-C (copy).
Finally, bring your response back up and hit Ctrl-V (paste), and send that.

Please try to only include the relevant portion when quoting previous emails
in a response, especially when relying to a digest. Just clip out the
unwanted
lines by dragging the mouse over them so they are highlighted and hit the
delete key.
