It doesn't look like bighmaton, Johnson City, or Endicott to me.  Can't ever 
remember seeing maps or photos in Endicott or JC with gas holders.

Further, the RR is going perpendicluar to the mountains in the background; 
Erie and DL&W ran parallel to them all through that area.

Personally I think it could be Elmira before the Erei track was 
elevated...but that's jsut a guess.
