Your 'guess' is most likely accurate...State Line was a very interesting
tower and I paid a visit several times before it's demise, and the tower was
in fact located on the north side, oriented as depicted in the drawing.
Although I can't say that the orientation of the drawing corresponds with a
towerman sitting at the desk inside, it certainly makes sense...
