(erielack) LCL Traffic

I wondered how those cars got to Cleveland. The only scheduled train listed
was MC-1, which was anything but expedited.

As a former Mahoning Divn Train Dispatcher and previous to that, as an
operator at SN Jct (Leavittsburg, OH) I can attest to the CX-99 handling up
to
three "Cleveland Shipper's Cars" on the extreme head end for set off on #6
Track
at Leavittsburg.

As soon as the CX-99 departed, the North Randall Hump Job or the Mahoning
Local was in position to grab the cars and make a bee line for Cleveland.

The Cleveland Shipper's Cars were not to be delayed, ever, for any reason!
