RE: (erielack) EL Motive power arrangements



Ok.  Forgot they were actually a dark blue.  Now Since NJDOT owned them
there must have been a lease agreement or other compensation agreement for
weekend EL use.  This agreement was what must have been changed after the
Service failures Occurred. Thanks guys I am straight again.  Joel

The dark blue (not black) and silver scheme was NJDoT's paint scheme, and
they paid for the units, so their colors were applied.
