Erie operated many carfloat routes in NY harbor, the longest being the one
to 149th St in The Bronx (it was one of the pair that had trackage, the
other being 28th St in Mhtn). Does anyone know how long it took to get a
float up there, ie what was the elapsed time between the Hoboken pier and
149th St?
Also what was the traffic mix at 149th St, and when did it close?
