The design of the 10/5's was such to places the higher priced double bedrooms in the center of the car and the roometts over the trucks.  It was an attempt to make the ride quieter for the DBR passengers.

It might well be the only 10/5 in the train.  I think 10/6's survived better. It would stand out by having (of course) only 5 bedroom windows on one side.
