Actually, there still is equipment in active use carrying reporting marks 
D&RGW, just like CSX has painted cars with NYC reporting markes and NS has 
done so with PRR.  The issue isn't licensing - every company has a right to 
protect their property.  The real issue is how UP went about it and they 
really did screw up.  But this is a very emotional issue - Bob Hundman go so 
wrapped up in the emotion, he made an idiot of himself in more than one of 
his editorials supporting piracy.  I have a feeling that some of the people 
who are ranting most about UP's action would be the first to complain or 
even sue if they found one of their pictures on the internet without their 
permission.
