Well, for one thing -- you run the equipment to where you can service and turn it.  If Pocono Summit is a big yard with fuel and car cleaning facilities, then that the terminal. However . . . a tank truck and a hoover won't cut it.  If only the bean counters knew beans . . .

You are correct about a lower ridership projection between Mt. Pocono and  Scranton.
I wonder if the bean counters have looked at the possibility of shuttle  service between the two points. Perhaps that doesn't make much sense and someone  with more knowledge than I have can address that question.
