Yes, that is an Erie lantern. You shouldn't have sandblasted it however. Sandblasting removes the thin tin coating that protects the steel from the elements. Best get a coat of clear lacquer on it before it starts to rust. I have the exact same lantern that someone had sandblasted and it rusted right up. Got it for $5 so I can't complain.
