Volume 3 of EL in Color has several views of CS-9 at Slateford/Portland on 2/7/76, only 7 weeks before C-day. It is my impression that all the regularly scheduled trains of EL, LV etc ran right to the end. Paul Brezicki Todd, Chuck and Paul. I was hesitant to answer Paul's original post, not being 101% sure before CR of Port Morris Turns. I believe CS9 and PN98 were still running right up till CR Day, April 1, 1976 but not 100% sure.
