Although it is true that Maybrook is no longer a railroad town, a reactivated bridge over the Hudson connected to the truck terminal Schuyler references has some possibilities, since Maybrook is right off I-84. I can see Roadrailer service happening there, either inbound or outbound, but would no doubt require big bucks to make happen. Rehab'g. the bridge itself is at least a $10-$15 million + effort, plus $1.5 million/mile to get to Maybrook and onto Campbell Hall...
