The Dover Area Historical Society and Tri-State are commemorating the centennial of the famous 'train hits canal boat' wreck at Dover Town Hall. In the morning, a train of cabooses and an M&E Alco will go west to the 'new' junction with the Lackawanna several times. In the afternoon, the train will go east to the end of track in Rockaway Township, with numerous photo stops. I rode this a few years ago and it was a blast.
