The other day I was cruising the MTH O Gauge catalog and saw they were coming out with what I thought was a Lackawanna FT ABA set but numbered in the 7000 area. I sent a note to them mentioning that the numbers for Lackawanna FTs were in the 600's and not the 7000s. Anyway, I got an email back saying they were trying to do the Erie Lackawanna version but they were getting emails questioning the paint scheme. You see they selected the regular Lackawanna paint scheme and not the black & gold hence all of the questioning. http://www.mth-railking.com/search.asp?item=20-2566-1 Now my question, I have seen at least one pic from 1962 were a FT AA set had the Lackawanna paint scheme but lettered for Erie Lackawanna. Was this the lone one or were there more? I'm thinking the black & gold was the normal paint scheme.
