Here are some sources of B&W photos. I've purchased from all, either at
shows or through the mail. All provide nice shots. All are very reasonably
priced. BTW, the first 3 & the last do this the "old fashioned way", so
you'll need to write them. All do shows. My period of interest is a bit
later (start in 50's), so I can't swear they've the era you looking for.

The one best source of old photos I've used is Harold Vollrath (who started
photographing trains in 1936!), but his list for the Erie (I've a copy) has
essentially no rolling stock (but a very LONG list of steam locos and some
passenger cars from the 30's). Also, it's been about 18 months since I last
contacted Harold.
