I was out on my bike today, ending up at the M&E shops. FL9's 488 and 489 are masked in preparation for repainting (yes, seems like they just got the current paint, but it's history) into the Maine Eastern scheme that was put on F40's 265 and 291 last year. Speaking of the F40's, they are to be leased to a commuter agency soon; once the lease is signed I will be able to tell you where to look for them. Alstom has leased space at the M&E shops and is doing retrofits on NJT Comet V cars. Today, 6510, 6056, 6533 and 6569 were in for work. Gary R.
