The New York State Engineer and Suveyor's Railroad Report as of 30 Sep 1879 has a listing of railroad corporations formed in New York State from 1826 through 30 Sep 1879 show no company by the name of Ellenville & Walker Valley. I hope to see some later corporation records but for now can only confirm through 9-30-1879.
