Walter,

You mean after the Huns (Conrail) plundered EL, severed the r-o-w in 
Northwest NJ and sold that piece off for what they thought was better gain. Greed was 
more like it.

Now, in order to restore what once was, the government wants nothing less 
than to see the wheel re-invented, thus all the studies, all the spending for 
studies and not a train in sight.
