There are only two extant EL SD45's - 3607 at the MoT in St. Louis, and 3632, now a testbed in NS's Juniata Locomotive Shops in Altoona, PA and numbered "Q#1"
The only ex-EL SD on WC was that SDP45, WC 6637 (ex-EL 3656) The vast majority of the WC SD45s are of former BN lineage.
