This is the former DL&W East Binghamton roundhouse. It's definitely NOT owned by CP Rail (CP had to put in their own turntable here, they couldn't use the roundhouse's turntable). Back in those halcyon days when railfans weren't considered evil people at E. Binghamton (1989, to be specific), I wandered into that roundhouse with some friends of mine. The building is large and empty, and even back then the turntable pit had significant brush in it. The quesiton is, who ons it, and what are they doing with it? - Paul > -----Original Message----- > From: erielack-owner_@_lists.railfan.net > [mailto:erielack-owner_@_lists.railfan.net] On Behalf Of Jon Scaptura > Sent: Tuesday, April 05, 2005 10:15 PM > To: erielack_@_lists.railfan.net > Subject: (erielack) Conklin, NY Roundhouse > > > Whose roundhouse is this?
