I located my old NYO&W dispatchers sheets, from 1946 and 1956. They show
the DL&W movements on the O&W in the Scranton area.
As others have noted, DLW trains entered O&W at Diamond Jct, then went to
and back from "Johnson One" probably a breaker. Distances from Weehawken
are: Olyphant 208.2; "Johnson One" 208.9; Dickson 209.4; Capouse Jct.
(line to LV's Coxton yard) 209.78; Throop 210.7; V.S. Jct. 211.65;
Diamond 213.04; Scranton station 213,91
These trains were heavy, with as many as 70 loads a day coming from
Johnson as late as 1956. DLW locos were #179 in 1946, and #s 631A, 903,
and 962 in 1956.

Do you just have one each or do you have several for each of the two time periods?
That engine combination of 631A, 903,962 is amazing. wow That was one train or
three different trains?
179 was an older 0-8-0.
Thanks
