Weren't the small windows for the bathroom section? Did the DL&W cars have bathrooms?

The DL&W cars had both mens and womens rooms.  They also had a "lounge" section.  This was where there were two sinks, chairs and a door to the small room where the toilet was located (and the small, frosted window).  As a kid this is where the men smoked (including the conductor).
