Sean Dolan, NJ Transit's Chief Road Foreman of Engines, has told me and 
several othe NJT Engineers that the first PL42AC locomotive will not be on the 
property until April for training and road testing. He said the remainder of the 
order would begin to arrive in May according to what he has been told.
