All of the world's supply of Cool Whip is manufactured in Avon, NY and the ingredients other than air and water come by LAL. I believe, but am not certain, that Cool Whip was not manufactured in Avon during the EL years, that the Birdseye plant instead produced mainly frozen veggies, and that this is the traffic for which the reefers were leased.
