Dale,

	Here's an authoritative answer for you... :)  [frightening that I can call myself 'authoritative' :) ]

	The ELDCPS convention in Scranton is exactly that - an ELDCPS convention. We have opened up the convention to the members of other groups that share similar interests based on our equipment (ELHS, NKPT&HS) as well, but it is strictly an ELDCPS event. I'm not sure where or where the ELHS convention will be; I had not heard anything on that.
