That Bicentennial IR switcher was (SURPRISE!) former DL&W 3001, which was later sold back to IR. IR then donated or sold the unit to the Illinois Railway Museum. I saw the unit in the back of one of the IRM shop "barns" a few years back - it was lifted off its trucks.... and still wore its IR Bicentennial paint job! I'm not sure if they ever completed whatever work was being done (the unit was awfully dusty when I saw it), but I assume they're going to restore it as DL&W 3001 (their website has an entry for it - anyone know if it's restored to DL&W black yet?)
