I had planned on speaking, but for a variety of reasons I had not experienced a wink of sleep the night before and only very little two nights previous. I was simply unable to gather my thoughts in a coherent manner at the time. It took all of my energy just to stay awake and to try to pay attention to what the speakers were saying. I don't have time to address the rest of your post right now as I just brought my finacee home from the hospital after open heart surgery and she's not doing so well tonight.
