The shot IS at Binghamton, taken from the east end of the platform canopy looking in the direction of the station (none of which is visible because of a whiteout-of-a-snowstorm going on). So, what would a former DL&W passenger F3 be doing parked on one of the stub tracks? (pardon my passenger ignorance here, I'm sure John Boehner can correct me).
