As we have been working on the purchase of this car, we have been looking at documenting its history. We know that it was used occasionally until nearly the end of service on January 4, 1970. There are pictures of the car sitting out of service in both Hoboken and Port Jervis. The question is where did the 470 go and what did it do from 1970 until 2004?
