I believe you are right. I had referred to the "Consists of Main and Branch Line Passenger Trains" on George Elwood's site (see http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/el/pax/dlw-special.html) which lists the "Scenics" as 12-1-2's. I have now seen (http://www.northeast.railfan.net/classic/freebee3.html) a list that shows that plan 4074 is a 10-1-2. Thanks for the catch.
