Re: (erielack) Named DL&W 10-1-2 Pullmans and More

Bill and list-

As usual, Branchline has missed their schedule of delivery and the
10-1-2 sleepers will NOT be delivered until the middle of September
and then only two roadnames NOT TO INCLUDE DL&W or Erie. We may
see those cars released in October. Seeing as though we have been
waiting for these cars for FIVE years, another couple of weeks/month
will not appear to be a long time (facts are based on an actual
conversation with their distributors salesman).

This notice is provided by me to head off the multitudes who will
send me emails asking "where the heck are my cars?" based on the
below comments, when the comments are PREMATURE. Everything you
see in MR or RMC is not GOD's word, especially the advertising.

that the DL&W had 10-1-2 Pullmans in the "Scenic" series, "Scenic Falls",
"Scenic Slope", "Scenic Trail", and "Scenic Valley".

announced (pages 22/23 October MR) a 12-1, 8-1-2, and 14 section Pullman
plus a 36 seat Pullman built diner. Can anyone determine if the diner is
correct for DL&W?
