Does anyone know when the paint scheme change happened for the EL C424 and the others? I know these were delivered in the Black/Yellow Scheme but I'm thinking 1964 or so. Then When did EL start getting orders in with the Lackawanna Scheme in the 1960s? What Engines were they?
