Indeed I do remember Dick Moore. I got along with him pretty well. In the mid 1970s, American Heritage published THE AMERCAN HERITAGE HISTORY OF RAILROADING. A very well done book with a great David Plowden B&W foto of the Sranton station platform with the Phoebe Snow W/B loading. There was also in the middle of the book a foto of a train in Binghamton that showed Mr. Moore & another EL official on the platform near the station. That's how u & I remember things.
