I personally think these kids that go 'tagging' as they call it ought to
pay a penalty. I suggest for the first offense that when caught, they have to
submit to having a gallon of latex paint poured over their heads. 2nd offense,
make it oil-based paint. They'll get the idea. You ought to see the FEC
traains here in Florida. I said to my wife, "You can always tell when a car's been
to Miami" - LATIN KINGS LIVE, CARLOS RULES, etc. along with other
unidentifiable scrawls that reflect the drug-addled brains of their creators.
Just venting.
