I've had an e-mail exchange with Paul T already today on the amount of
off-topic posts we're seeing lately on this list, to the point that I'm
close to dropping it.  I would suggest this post, and the ones related to
it, are a perfect example.  No EL content I can see.  But at this point I
would say that 50 percent or more of the traffic here is completely
off-topic, me-too, trivial, etc.  Paul's suggested I contact the posters
personally off list, but that would be quite a task, given the quantity.  I
hope members will think this over and reduce the garbage posts we're seeing.
