I guess I'll be the Grinch that Stole Christmas but that "Out of Service" railroad line Bob mentioned is private property (Norfolk Southern) and no one is authorized to be on the property, certainly not to operate handcars, velocipedes, etc. Bob will be in serious legal problems with NS if and when caught.
