I think there is a very strong possibility that 823 became a donor for RS3m prime movers. The latest shot of it I have in my collection is dated October 27, 1975, and it's sitting dead in storage at Port Jervis. Seeing how the 1060 was released later that year, it might be cutting it close. Was the 825 actually turned back to NJDOT?
