(erielack) EL SDP45 again

One of the EL SDP45's that went to SP is in the new Trains magazine
(12/03)...  but you have to look close, as it's not even mentioned as such
in the caption showing an EB freight near St. Elmo in the Twin Cities
Trackside Guide.  Irony:  Train is on the UP Altoona subdivision.  Same
name, wrong state, as where Conrail often ran these in helper service.

Looks like the number ends in 6, hard to tell - small photo, but I thought
I'd mention it.
