In the lounge area of each EL (DL&W) Tavern Lounge car, there was an oval
framed picture of Phoebe Snow. Does anyone know where these went?
I would also like to obtain a copy of ICC Finance Docket No. 25735, dated
December 24, 1969. This was the Docket covering the discontinuance of the
Lake Cities. Does any out there have a copy of this? How would one go about
getting a copy of this document from Government archives?
