(erielack) DL&W numbering question

Hi folks,

	In doing some research, I've noticed that DL&W MOW cars had two different numbering quirks:

	1) A number preceded by a "0-" (i.e., DL&W 0-3025)
	2) A number suffixed by a "-A" (i.e. DL&W 95952-A)

	Can anyone tell me what both of these mean?
