The Lackawanna operated their FT "pushers" backwards, ot that is with the B 
unit pushing against the caboose and the cab facing downgrade. That way they 
did not have to be reverse at the top of the grade. Certainly did look 
strange.

They did this when they first got them and all the years I saw them.
