Paul,
    Just got back from a three day extended tour of Chicago and have been
reading about this on the list.
    So far the one most important thing you are forgetting is that which I
always tell my employers.
    That is depending on the model of locomotive, no less than twenty-five
per cent of my weight is added tractive effort.
    It pays to be one of those fat engineers !!!!!!!!!
