(erielack) Gladstone Branch (NJ) bridge?

Took route 512 home today - parallels the Gladstone Branch most of the way from Far Hills to Gladstone.

There is a construction team with a bunch of large machines set up next to the North Branch of the Raritan where the what's-it-called bridge is located. Sorry, the name is escaping me - it's the one that NJT wants to sell and replace with a modern structure.

Anyone know what's happening there? Are they starting work to remove this bridge? Did someone buy it? or, is this all unrelated construction work? (The county recently was able to purchase the adjacent huge [many 100s of acres] estate for open space preservation, so it seem unlikely that any housing development would be happening here...)
