Friends,

I've started a Yahoo Group called AIMOD- Anthracite Industry Modelers Group.
This is a moderated membership-by-approval group dedicated to discussion of
modeling the anthracite industry of Pennsylvania.

The content is limited to the modeling and historical research of the mines,
mine railroads and mining operations along with the supporting network of
towns and industries.

There are other groups for discussion of the major railroads themselves, so
this is not the place to discuss the esoteric differences of Lehigh Valley
steam engines, for instance.

I am actively involved with modeling and research via the Garden State
Central Model Railroad Club of Asbury Park, NJ which is celebrating 40 years
of anthracite dedication this year.

A note on the group: Intolerance will not be tolerated. :-) Please refrain
from any personal attacks and spam. Real names only, please.
