RE: (erielack) What's the History of this engine, Erie 1

That's an inspection locomotive. The DL&W had one of these as well. They
basically built a passenger car atop a steam locomotive. I always wondered
how comfortable these things actually were, considering you were straddling
the hot boiler of the engine!
