A couple of questions:

* HS9 was Hoboken-Scranton? When did this stop running? Was this superceded
by HB1?
* NE2? Was this destined for the D&H at Binghamton? If not, what's the "NE"
for?
* SC2 - Scranton-Croxton? Was this superceded by SC8?
