(erielack) New NJT Fares

NJT did a 'seat-drop' yesterday of the new fares effective April 1.  The
M&E division fares are on my website at:

The NJT page used 2 point type for the numbers; I blew it up so it can
actually be read.  New timetables with the new fares will be dated April 1.
