Why not?? Metro North and Conn DOT have done a great job painting a number
of engines, even some of the new GEs, in the New Haven McGinnins scheme, and
a couple of the FL 9s were painted NYC. I think it would be a great idea if
NJ Transit could do a couple each in "heritage" schemes. Well, ok, maybe not
PC, but CNJ, PRR and EL yield several choices. Imagine this unit in the
"passenger" scheme the U34s were done in. It would sure look great coming
over HX draw!
