(erielack) Lackawanna Gons, & Sharpsburg

Had a chance to stop in Sharpsburg (Azcon Scrap Co.) to check out the gons. 
One is left but it is not a DL&W but a billboard Erie Lackawanna gon EL43679. 
I took pictures but could not get a good angle because of the close quarters 
of death row. Does anyone know the history of this gon.
