Without seeing Photo that was my guess It could easily have been renunbered after leaving EL active roster Does ANyone know for sure??

Numbers were placed inside electrical lockers and other places. The interchange switch was already missing, when I was there. I guess it must be a rebuilt DL&W 200-series car. -Lance
